SOULFUL KITCHEN IS

Chef Laquisha is certified with ServSafe, so her services observe all health and safety procedures when handling food and beverage services. She recognizes the importance of this education, and as a dual ServSafe Instructor and Registered Proctor, she provides ServSafe classes to all foodies interested in becoming certified and potentially elevating their culinary career.

Please note: payments are to be made to Soulful Kitchen one week prior to exam date for online exams ($70 cancellation fee) and two weeks prior to exam date for in-person exams ($75 cancellation fee).

Refund Policy

Our institution understands that circumstances may require students to withdraw from their courses. As such, we have implemented the following refund policy:
 

Withdrawal Before Course Start Date: Students who withdraw from a course before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund of tuition fees.

Withdrawal After the First Class: After the first week of classes has concluded, no refunds will be issued for tuition fees. Depending on the institution's policies, students may be eligible for a prorated refund of fees for additional services or materials.

 

Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the withdrawal request being approved.
It is important to note that certain fees, such as registration fees or administrative fees, may be non-refundable. Additionally, refunds may be subject to administrative processing fees.


Our institution reserves the right to modify this refund policy without prior notice. Students are encouraged to contact the institution's administration office for further details or inquiries regarding refunds. 

FOOD HANDLING COURSE

The ServSafe Food Handler Course and Assessment is a comprehensive solution that delivers consistent food safety training. Chef Laquisha will be your personal instructor and proctor. While the course and exam can be taken online, Chef Laquisha emphasizes the value of having a hands-on, in-depth learning experience and would recommend choosing to complete the course and exam in-person.
